Zulah Talmadge, is very familiar with our small Southern town and most of the people who live here. After all, Zulah has lived in Shady Pines most of her life. Her dad was in the news biz and she followed in his footsteps. Zulah loves to find out what’s going on around town. We have noidea how she finds the stories that she does and she never gives up her sources. 

Scoop, the Cub Reporter                                         

Scoop is young and eager to learn all he can about about how to tell a good story. He’s a teenager but very mature for his age. Everyone around Shady Pines knows the lanky young man with the shock of red hair. He’s always got his reporter’s notebook ready at all times. Folks are used to seeing Scoop with his camera and gear showing up when anything important is happening.
